Mother's Day Gifts

Since Mother's Day is coming up this weekend I thought I would put together a gift guide for all of you still looking for gifts!  I find that buying gifts for my mom is always really difficult.  She never wants much, but she is always so willing to give; luckily, I think I found the perfect gift for her yesterday and I really hope she likes it!  So, here are some of my picks for Mother's Day!

Espadrilles

One shoe I am becoming slightly obsessed with is the espadrille.  They are so cute and the perfect beachy casual look for spring.  While looking at Nordstrom I think I found the perfect pair and I thought I would put together a little styling for you!

This is such a fun look!  I love how easy it is, but still put together enough for a casual date or day on the town with friends.  I think these espadrilles may be coming soon to a blog near you haha.

Scarf Print Statement

I am so excited to be bringing this fun fashion collaboration with L.Mae Boutique to all of you today!  I absolutely love their clothes and their customer service.  They were so great to work with and I can't thank them enough for this great opportunity.  A couple of weeks ago I contacted L.Mae Boutique asking if they would be interested in a fashion collaboration and they ever so sweetly sent me one of their new dresses to style on the blog.  So, today I bring you the fun scarf print dress form L.Mae Boutique!

Needless to say, I am in love with this fun dress the girls over at L.Mae sent me!  It is a great length, a great statement, and a great dress all around.  One thing I especially like about this dress is the fabric; it isn't too thin, but it feels nice and light.  It is definitely going to be a staple piece in my wardrobe from now on!

Five on Friday

This has been such a great week and I can finally say I am back on track!  The last couple of weeks were pretty stressful with school, drama, prom, a cold; however, I feel so much better.  It seems like everything is falling back into place and life is settling down for me.  A few things that have made this week especially great were the release of Undeniable, an upcoming collaboration, and writing for Preppy Monogram Style!  I am so excited and thankful to be a part of all of these things!  Anyway, without further adieu, here are five things I am loving this week.

3. A great grad gift... (to my friends who read my blog, please don't look!)

4. Still obsessing over these sandals.

5. I really want some espadrilles.  I am especially loving these and these!

The Magazine

I am so excited to finally be announcing the release of Undeniable magazine.  About a month ago Anna contacted me about writing for the magazine and I was elated.  I have been wanting to do something like this since I started blogging and it is crazy that within only a year it is happening!  So a huge thanks to my readers, Anna and all of the Undeniable writers, my family, and my friends for all of the support you have given me.  I wouldn't be here without any of you :) 

Anyway, a little more about Undeniable.  Anna wanted to start Undeniable in order to bring us bloggers together and to showcase all of the great young writers out there.  My part in the magazine is the advice column, which I will be doing every month!  I am so excited to be a part of this and I am so happy to be bringing the first issue to you today!  If you notice I have a new tab under my header that says "Magazine".  Every month we will have a new release and you can find it there!
