After a 10 hour drive, I finally made it to New York City last night! We got in at about 5, which gave us tons of time to walk around the city and find a fun place to eat for dinner. We had such a great first night on the town, especially since we met the sweetest family at dinner! They were so helpful and it was so much fun to talk to them. They made our first day all the more better!
Since I didn't have time to take pictures, I decided to put together a little look for the city. It was pretty moderate weather when we came in, so this look would definitely be for the less hot and humid weather we will be getting later this week!
I have the dress featured above in navy and it was definitely a worthwhile buy. It is super light and airy; perfect for a night on the town! I also sported my Joie sandals, which are so comfortable and great for lots of walking!
