Thursday Trends: Pea Coats

From my last OOTD post you can probably tell that I love pea coats.  They are so classic and perfect for the fall and winter weather that is coming up!  I have always seen the pea coat during the fall/winter season, but I think it is becoming a really big trend this year.  Everywhere I look I feel like I am seeing gorgeous shots of pea coats!  I really love how timeless pea coats are; plus they can make any outfit dressier!  Here is an outfit I created with the pea coat :)

I absolutely adore this pea coat from J. Crew Factory!  It is such a great color and length, and is just perfect for the colder days ahead :)

Favorite Fall Scarves

One thing I love about fall is getting to wear scarves.  Scarves are one of my favorite accessories because they are so cute and so comfy!  They are definitely a staple in my fall wardrobe.  Since I love scarves so much, I thought I would share some of my favorite fall scarves!

 I love all of these, but my favorite is definitely the tissue scarf from J. Crew Factory.  It is the perfect weight and length; plus there are so many colors and prints to choose from! Also, doesn't that hanger scarf remind you of Kate Spade?  I will definitely have to look into getting it when I go to Target next :)

A Few Home Decor Items

Lately I have been obsessed with home decor.  I adore cute, little figurines, glass vases, anything gold, and candles (one of my favs).  The reason why I love home decor so much is all the personality it brings to a home; I can't wait to be able to decorate my apartment with all of my favorite things!  Here is a little bit of inspiration I have for what I want my home decor to look like...

 I just love the look of gold decor!  It is so chic (I feel like I overuse this word haha) and adds a bit of luxury to any home, especially when paired with pink ;)

Fall OOTD

Today I have another OOTD for you all!  Yesterday it was finally cold enough to wear some warmer fall clothes, so I got to break out my favorite pea coat.  I got my pea coat at Gap two years ago and I absolutely love it!  It is definitely one of my favorite fall/winter pieces to wear.  I think the pea coat is such a classic piece that every girl should have;  it goes with everything and makes any outfit look a little more dressy.  Check out how I styled my pea coat!

Simply Vera Vera Wang Smoking Flats

I am officially obsessed with these flats! I first saw them when my teacher wore them to school last week and I fell in love.  These are so cute and chic, and only $35 right now.  I especially love the navy and black combo and the red and black combo; perfect for the fall!  I think these are definitely going to be at my door in the future :)
