Update: Sleeping

So far, I am doing much better with the sleeping routine I set.  I have stopped having nightmares, I am not waking up several times, and I am going to bed much earlier.  I think my better sleep is coming from me being less stressed.  I honestly haven't been too stressed out lately, which has resulted in me feeling much better.  I haven't been starved all the time, my pimples have gone down, and, best of all, I am sleeping so much better!  Since this routine has been working so well, I thought I would share it with you!
Sleeping Routine
This routine is my perfect night time routine and, as I have mentioned many times, the sleep mask is amazing!  I have never gotten a better nights sleep!
 
What is your routine? Anything I should add?
 
P.S. There is a movie coming out called A Fault in Our Stars.  Yes that's right, they are making a movie of the book finally!!

  1. I have got to get better with this! I have no self-discipline when it comes to getting into bed. You've inspired me though, I need to get in bed, read for an hour, and go to sleep, instead of putting it off until I'm exhausted and then just collapsing into bed way too late!

  3. I totally get where you are coming from with the whole stress thing, there have been a few night where I have been lying in bed thinking about all the things I need to do and just can't fall asleep. It looks like you have a good sleep routine!

  5. I always try to put my phone away an hour before I go to bed, it helps turn my brain off! Glad you are sleeping better!

  6. That's so great that you're able to sleep better now! I think reading before bed is the best way to destress and relax, and I should really start doing it again over scrolling through my insta feed ;)
    CAN'T WAIT FOR THE FAULT IN OUR STARS MOVIE it's going to be sooo good :)

  7. Always put the electronics away and out of sight - it definitely helps me. I also love to read to let my brain settle down before turning the light out.
